phdre Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how phdre collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of players using the platform. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and PAGCOR regulations.
How phdre Protects Your Personal Data
phdre operates under strict data protection standards mandated by Philippine law. These principles guide every aspect of our data handling practices.
Bank-Grade Encryption
All personal information transmitted to or stored by phdre is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Philippine banks. Your name, mobile number, identification documents, and financial data are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Limited Data Collection
phdre collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, and process payments. We do not collect or store data that is not essential to these purposes. No unnecessary tracking, no sale of personal data to third parties.
Strict Access Controls
Your personal data is accessible only to authorised phdre personnel who require it to perform their duties — account verification staff, payment processors, compliance officers, and senior management. Access is logged and regularly audited under PAGCOR oversight.
Retention & Deletion
Personal data is retained only for as long as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. After the mandatory retention period expires, your data is securely deleted from phdre's systems unless you have an active account with ongoing activity.
Your Data Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access your personal data held by phdre, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request erasure where permitted by law. All data subject requests can be submitted through phdre's support channels.
Philippine Data Residency
phdre stores all player data on servers located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions that maintain data protection standards equivalent to or exceeding Philippine law. Your personal information does not leave Philippine regulatory jurisdiction without your explicit consent or legal requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying phdre immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted content including online gaming platforms. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the phdre platform, please contact phdre support immediately.
