phdre Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phdre website accessible at phdre.cam and all associated services, features, games, and functions made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso balance held within a Player's Account and used for placing bets and receiving winnings on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credits, free bets, free spins credits, or equivalent incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a phdre promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Wallet consisting of deposited funds and confirmed cash winnings, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by phdre under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates phdre's operations in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which the use of the Platform by residents is prohibited under applicable law, as determined by phdre from time to time.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, completing the phdre registration process, logging into an existing Account, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you agree to:

• Be legally bound by these Terms and any additional terms referenced herein, including the phdre Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms and conditions of each game and promotional offer;
• The collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the phdre Privacy Policy;
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations including those governing online gaming and gambling.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first registration and remain in force until your Account is permanently closed. phdre reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 of this document.

In addition to the age requirement, use of the phdre Platform is conditional on you satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdre or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member or household member of such a person;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling or subject to a gambling exclusion order under Philippine law or the law of any other applicable jurisdiction;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• All information provided to phdre during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

phdre reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the phdre Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Wallet balances, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. phdre will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login information.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, phdre requires completion of KYC identity verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, passport, or driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). phdre may require additional documents including proof of address or source of funds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

You must notify phdre support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phdre will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to maintain the security of your credentials.

All transactions on the phdre Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdre does not apply currency conversion to player transactions. The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform:

• phdre accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine financial institutions.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's Wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt, typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• phdre reserves the right to reject a deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or technical failure.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals.
• phdre processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 business hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• phdre does not charge withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by the receiving financial institution (if any) are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• phdre reserves the right to implement enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. phdre may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts. Players with dormant Accounts are encouraged to contact support to reactivate their Account and withdraw any remaining balance.

phdre offers promotional bonuses including welcome match bonuses, cashback offers, free bingo card allocations, and sports risk-free bet credits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus Funds are distinct from Real Money Balance and are governed by specific wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x) and eligible games are specified in the bonus offer terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Accounts only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited if a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms.
• phdre reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus credits and associated winnings in cases where abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above only. Bonus credits cannot be transferred between Accounts.
• phdre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already in progress.

Each game available on the phdre Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and virtual sports — is governed by the specific rules applicable to that game type, as displayed within the game interface or the phdre sports betting rules section. The following general gaming terms apply across all game types:

• A bet is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Player. phdre is not obligated to cancel, modify, or void a confirmed bet except in cases of clear system error or where phdre determines in its reasonable discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, phdre's server records shall be the authoritative record of the game result. Where a game round cannot be completed due to technical reasons, the Player's stake for that round will be returned to the Wallet.
• phdre reserves the right to void bets placed on sporting events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or ruled invalid under phdre's sports betting rules.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and bet types. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. phdre is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum win limit.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the game interface and may vary by stake level, game type, and Player VIP status.

phdre is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdre Platform:

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, bot, script, or any other automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether directly or through proxies, associates, or third parties;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and may be clawed back;
• Engaging in any transaction that constitutes, or could be construed as constituting, money laundering or the financing of illegal activity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to phdre during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or age restrictions applicable to the Platform;
• Any other conduct that phdre reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or contrary to the principles of fair play.

phdre reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this Section and to withhold or claw back any funds — including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds — associated with the prohibited conduct. phdre may report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law or where phdre deems it appropriate in its reasonable discretion.

phdre provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from a Player's Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Bets that would exceed the loss limit are automatically declined.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic notifications at set intervals and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may impose a temporary break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who need a longer or permanent break from gaming may request self-exclusion directly through the Account settings or via phdre's 24/7 live chat support. Self-exclusion periods of up to 5 years, or permanent exclusion, are available. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the phdre Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, images, trademarks, trade names, logos, audiovisual materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of phdre or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, copied, modified, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of phdre, except as permitted by applicable law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdre's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that Player to their phdre Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether phdre has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phdre does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Temporary unavailability of the Platform for scheduled maintenance, technical reasons, or circumstances beyond phdre's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players to phdre is governed by the phdre Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

phdre complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of the Platform experience.

phdre reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, via SMS to the Player's registered mobile number. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the amendment notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through phdre's support channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to phdre's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint through phdre's 24/7 live chat support or by email to the support address listed in Section 15. phdre will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phdre's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection and gaming regulation laws.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms that is not resolved through the above mechanisms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
